It's one of the biggest television shows on ITV, with hours and hours of work and production going in to sorting out every show.
But now, for anyone who has ever wondered exactly what goes on backstage at Dancing On Ice, the truth has been revealed.
In a hilarious video, DOI hosts Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley are seen dancing along to One Direction as the boys perform their hit track What Makes You Beautiful on the show.

With Phillip smart in his three-piece grey suit, and Christine looking chic as ever in a pretty dark purple dress, the pair are seen debuting some questionable dance moves as the five-piece X Factor band perform their single.
Christine is seen struggling to control her laughter as she watches Phillip perform a typical example of 'dad dancing', before he literally jumps up and down with excitement as the boys reach the end of the track.
The duo are then seen regaining their professionalism before heading out on the main stage to present the rest of the show.

After a similar video of the pair dancing along to the band was shown on This Morning today, Phillip said the pair were 'standing in for One Direction during a rehearsal'.
Christine appeared on the show this morning to talk about her experience so far hosting Dancing On Ice alongside Phillip.
Talking to Phillip and his This Morning co-host Holly Willoughby, who previously co-presented DOI with Schofield, Christine said: 'I'm absolutely loving it. I've watched the series for years with you two. And then when you are plonked into the middle it felt odd. But it was just lovely, and it has just been great.'

Phillip also asked Christine if she felt that being on Daybreak, the ITV morning show from which she was axed, had done her a 'service or a disservice'.
She replied: 'I think it did my personal life a disservice getting up at 3am I did not gel well with the early starts at all, it didn't suit me.
As to reactions about her role on Daybreak, Christine said: 'There was a lot of negativity around it. I got some of it, to be honest, but you do have to take it with a pinch of salt.

'You have to be grown up about things. I did expect it to begin with, but then it did seem to carry on and carry on. but when Dancing On Ice started it was definitely a case of onwards and upwards.'
Phillip also asked Christine exactly when she and footballer fiancé Frank Lampard are planning to tie the knot, to which she replied: 'We'll get married, we definitely are. Ideally we want to do it soooner than later but it's a case of fitting it in.
'Let us just enjoy it! We are quite easygoing anyway and when it happens it happens, but it will be a low-key affair.
