The TV presenter locked lips with the professional extra during filming of a segment of the popular entertainment news show at The Grove shopping center in Los Angeles.

The original commercial saw Refaeli kiss a computer programmer next to the tagline 'smart meets sexy'.
Maria giggled as she recreated the scene, puckering up for the slightly shy-looking actor, who became an overnight sensation after the ad aired in early February.
The 34-year-old cosied up to Hesse before she leaned in to give him a rather wet-looking kiss.
No tongue was involved, but Maria did appear to linger as their lips touched. The on-camera professional was no doubt wanting to make sure that her film crew got the shot that they needed.

Jesse was a good sport, smiling as he patiently waited to be kissed by the dark-haired beauty.
The 34-year-old actor donned a short-sleeved blue-and-black checked shirt tucked into black trousers. He wore his now-signature spectacles as he kept his hands casually in his pockets.

This isn't the first time Jesse has recreated the kiss for television.
Last Thursday the actor shared a smooch with an unsuspecting Jay Leno, who closed his eyes and leaned in, thinking he'd be touching lips with Refaeli.

The GoDaddy commercial has stirred controversy, with thousands of Twitter users voting it the most sexist ad of the Super Bowl.
Viewers used the Twitter hashtag #NotBuyingIt in early February to flag and rate the most 'disgusting,' sexist and offensive commercial during the Ravens-49ers showdown.
The hashtag generated more than 10,000 real-time tweets, and 7,500 of those went to the GoDaddy.com ad, which has been accused of 'objectifying women and stereotyping programmers.'
