Exposed: Miley Cyrus bares her breasts in a racy new photo shoot for W Magazine's March 2014 issue
A topless Miley lies down in the black and white image with one hand placed on her chest but not covering anything up.
The former Disney star looks serenely into the distance in the snap, while wearing nothing but earrings.
The release of the photo comes shortly after Miley shared an image from the shoot in which she is also topless, lying in bed between two apparently naked men.

The snapshot, which is also black and white, shows the Wrecking Ball singer biting her lip as she lies in a rumpled bed, wearing a platinum blonde wig with her right breast exposed.
She is seen leaning towards one shirtless companion as he stretches and yawns, while the other lies close to her, staring moodily into the camera.
Her handsome bedfellows are photographic duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, who shot her for W Magazine.
When tweeting the picture, the starlet maintained her modesty by digitally covering up her nipple with a pink star.

Shedding some light on the image, the 21-year-old wrote: 'Coming soon in @wmag "bed time portraits By @mertalass & @macpiggott" so xxxited check it out 2 see the real deal.'
And just minutes after posting the provocative photo she was at it again, this time sharing the latest cover for Vogue Germany, in which she appears topless once again.
The latest snaps follow W Magazine's March 2014 cover, as well as another shot in which she stood with her hand on her crotch as she gazed ahead, looking almost unrecognisable with her longer hair and smokey eye makeup.
Despite her riotous reputation, Turkish snapper Mert tweeted that the singer was 'very nice' to work with, adding: 'This girl is amazing.'
