“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Foster and her husband David are saying goodbye to her lavish Malibu mansion.
The 50-year-old reality star and her 64-year-old spouse, a Grammy-winning musician and composer, have listed the property for a whopping $27.5 million, according to real estate website Trulia.

This is one of six bedrooms in the Fosters’ Malibu mansion, which is on the market for $27.5 million.
The 11,622-square-foot, three-level home, which boasts ocean and mountain views, has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as an office, library, two spa bathrooms, a screening room and a recording studio. The five-acre property also features an infinity pool and orchards of citrus and avocado trees.

With such a luxurious estate, it might seem surprising that the famous couple has chosen to put it on the market. But Yolanda told Us Weekly that the reason for selling her “dream home” is a very personal one.
“Due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years, I just don't have the strength to run this almost 5-acre property anymore and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible," Foster said.
"My daughter Gigi moved to New York last July and my Bella will move this July,” she added, “so it will be just the two of us with my 14-year-old son, Anwar."
