Kim, who is due to tie the knot to North’s father Kanye West, showed just what a natural mother she is as she carefully carried her baby in one arm while putting her items through the scanner.
Keeping her famous figure covered up she wore a black roll-neck jumper and black leggings, while her hair was loose falling down her back.
North meanwhile, who is known already for impressive designer wardrobe, wore a taupe coloured smock.

The good natured little one smiled away with her big eyes wide and alert while clutching on to her mother.
Since North’s premature birth last summer Kim has been very protective about sharing images – choosing to just reveal a few via her Twitter account.
Kanye and her revealed the first picture of their daughter on her mother Kris Jenner’s chat show – shunning a lucrative magazine deal.
At the time the rapper joked: 'I pray that she looks like her mother when she's older.'

Kim of course took to Twitter to defend her daughter and blasted her so called fans, saying: ‘Do people really think I would wax my daughters eyebrows so young? Come on, I'd wait until she's at least 2 1/2!
‘I'm kidding!!! Its pretty sick for people to insinuate that I would wax my daughters eyebrows. They are thick, natural and amazing!’

On Monday Kim was full of support for Kanye as he celebrated the 10 year anniversary of his debut album The College Dropout
She proudly posted a picture of the album cover and vowed to spend the whole day listening to the record to celebrate the anniversary.
She wrote: '10 years ago today Kanye released his 1st album The College Dropout! This was a game changer! Could only imagine what you were thinking and feeling today 10 years ago! Happy anniversary to the best producer/artist over the past decade!!!! Can't wait for the next 10 years!'

Meanwhile it has been reported by US Weekly that Kim and Kanye will wear crowns for their nuptials in May.
‘Kim and Kanye will be in handcrafted headpieces he commissioned for them,' a source tells the weekly. 'He thinks he and Kim are royalty.'
The wedding, which will take place outside of Paris, is ramping up to be fit for blue bloods.
Not only do the couple want to wed in a castle - they reportedly are interested in Chateau d'Usse after the Palace Of Versailles was determined to not be a fit. They also want big names like Stevie Wonder and John Legend to perform.

But on Thursday Kim Kardashian was accompanied by her eight-month-old daughter as she jetted out of the country ahead of Valentine's Day.
The 33-year-old was seen doting on Nori – who has grown considerably since the last time she was seen - as they made their through customs at LAX.
